"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I ordered the wrong size golf shoes and realized it pretty much right after they showed up. The return page was easy enough to figure out, and I didn’t have to do that whole back-and-forth email thing, which was nice.
I sent them back and just swapped for the right size. The exchange took a few days, but that was totally fine, and I got updates as it moved along and all that.
Not a ton more to say, really. It was my mistake, but they made the whole thing simple to fix, so I’d definitely order from Maple Hill Golf again.

"Was a little nervous, but everything showed up great"
I’ll admit I was kind of anxious when the box showed up, just hoping nothing got banged up in shipping. But i felt relieved quickly, the packaging was neat, and the clubs were packed really well. No issues at all

"Checkout kept freezing on me"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout page just kept looping and never let me pay. Not sure if their payment system was overloaded or glitching out, but it was frustrating.

"They actually had what I was looking for"
Honestly, 5 stars just for having the golf stuff I needed actually in stock, which feels kind of rare lately, right? I’d checked a few other sites and Maple Hill had the club I wanted, plus a solid selection of grips and balls. It was also easy to view the sizes and options without feeling like I was guessing. Maybe I just caught them at a good time, but the whole thing was way smoother than I expected.

I don’t really get the complaints, honestly. My delivery arrived on time, just like it was expected to, and the box was in perfectly fine shape. No issues on my end.

I felt like the prices were too high for what I ended up getting. Nothing was terrible, but it just didn’t feel like good value. I wouldn’t go back

"Solid deal, even with shipping"
I found a promo code for a wedge and it knocked a decent amount off the price, so I felt like it was a good value overall. Shipping wasn’t free on my order, which was a little annoying, but the discount still made the purchase worth it. I’d definitely check them again before buying more golf gear.

I was just there recently, and the clubs they had were solid overall. The main thing I noticed this time was that they didn’t have a ton of extra accessories or add-ons, so it felt a little picked over. Still decent if you’re mainly looking for clubs.

"Not the deals I was expecting"
Just a heads up for anyone checking out maplehillgolf.com thinking they’ll find better prices, I didn’t really see that. Most of the items I looked at were about the same price or even higher than other golf sites I usually use, and the shipping costs made it even less appealing. The site itself works fine, but price-wise, I wasn’t impressed. I’d be careful and compare around first. Personally, I’d only buy from them if there was a solid sale going on.

"Pretty close to the listed condition"
I ordered a used wedge from maplehillgolf.com, and overall it was mostly what they described. There were a few more marks on the face than I was expecting, but maybe I’m being a little too picky about a used club. It’s still totally usable, and the shipping went fine. Not a bad experience, just not quite perfect.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered from Maple Hill Golf thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer than I had planned. It wasn’t a huge order or anything, just a disc, so I guess I expected it to move a little quicker.

The tracking was the most annoying part because it barely updated. I kept checking it, and it would sit on the same status for days, so I was basically just guessing where the package was. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but they didn’t really have any extra details beyond what I could already see.

Once the disc finally arrived, it was totally fine. No damage, no issue with the product itself, and the packaging was okay too. I just wish the shipping had been faster or at least a little more clear along the way.

"Got the wrong glove size"
I ordered a specific size golf glove, but they sent me a different one than what was clearly listed on my order confirmation. Shipping itself was fine, but getting the wrong item was annoying, especially since it feels like this is the kind of thing that should be checked before it goes out. Part of me wonders if they just sent whatever size they had sitting around and hoped I wouldn’t bother complaining. I had to contact support and wait to get it sorted out, which was a hassle. Not the worst experience, but I expected them to be more careful with the actual order.
